Capture without friction
Jot a task down the moment it crosses your mind. Every new task starts in Inbox — nothing gets lost, nothing has to be filed perfectly on the way in.
$ gtd --tasks
iteko is a fast, focused GTD-style task manager for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Capture to Inbox, organize with Tags and Projects, work a Kanban board, and focus each day with Today — synced privately via your own iCloud.
Six ideas, working together — not six separate apps bolted on.
01
Jot a task down the moment it crosses your mind. Every new task starts in Inbox — nothing gets lost, nothing has to be filed perfectly on the way in.
02
Inbox → Pending → Today → Doing → Done. Drag and drop on iPad and Mac, or a simple "Move to" menu everywhere else.
03
Pull tasks onto Today when you're ready to work them, and see just that one list — no rest of the board competing for attention.
04
Attach one or more Tags and a Project to any task, then filter the whole board to just what matters right now. Each gets its own color.
05
Wrap up a project and archive it — every task in it goes with it, out of Board, Today, and Tags, without deleting anything. Bring it back any time.
06
Markdown descriptions and observations, nested checklists, file attachments, and a color for any task so it stands out on the board.
A compact single-column board on iPhone, a full multi-column Kanban view on iPad and Mac, with a sidebar for jumping between Board, Tags, Projects, and Today.
No account to create, no third-party servers, no analytics, no ads. iteko syncs through your own private iCloud account — the same way it always has: quietly, in the background, on-device.
